After driving all day in torrential rains, all I could think about was a martini and a hot dog at Trina’s. I was not disappointed! It’s not my most favorite cocktail, but sometimes it really hits the spot and this one — the All Heart 50/50 — is now my go-to mix:
monkey 47 gin, dry vermouth, dash of olive brine,
josh’s house made orange bitters, lemon twist
And the dog of the day: The Baked Potato Dog
