These were amazingly easy to make. Why did I wait so long? Based on this
Combine the dry:
- 100 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g almonds
- 3 g baking powder
- pinch of salt
Insert the wet:
- 1 egg (smaller is better)
- 1 T marmalade
- 1 t amaretto
Form into a flat loaf.
Bake at 170C for 20 min, cool for 15 minutes
Slice then bake at 160C for 5 min, flip and bake 5 min more
