Probably my third favorite cocktail, definitely my favorite vodka drink. Recently I was in Portland and happened upon the distillery that makes Kachka’s horseradish vodka. What a score!
Excellent on its own, but even better with v8, salt, and pepper. Damn, I should have bought the celery that was haunting me at the grocery store today…
Goes great with a bacon & avocado burger on my rye baps…
Along with fenugreek sprouts and beet coleslaw.
